December is almost here.
And I still have no clue what I should do. I...I don't know.
So much going on. I don't want to start doing my annual review because I got into trouble at work this year...well, not big. They told me to cut back on the internet. I did, and it was acknowledged.
So whatever.
At least we don't have to do that wretched PDI evaluation shit on top of our old evaaluations like last year. I hate that company and I hope they go bankrupt.
How the fuck do they expect me to do a 45 minute evaluation for 17-24 coworkers? I didn't. Most of them I just clicked 5 or EXCELLENT down the list without reading the questions and said, "_______ is a nice person and is always respectful and easy to work with," on the part where you are supposed to say something personal about them.
Lol. It looks like most did the same for me. The only two things listed for improvement suggestions were 'Jaime's desk is messy' and 'Jaime sometimes she makes typos on the main file."
Big deal. Our department's Senior Vice President's desk is just as messy as mine. I know. I walk into her office all the time to hand her settlement documents or put them on her chair if she isn't there.
As for the typo thing, yes. That was a minor issue and it's since been corrected.
Glad I don't have to do that again this year.
